Welcome to our cheap hotels blog. We are avid travelers and are always looking to find the best deals on hotels throughout the world. We do plenty of research and read many hotel blogs to gather information. We also try and view as many images from different cities to get a feel for the city. In addition, we always try to see pictures of hotels before making a decision as to book the hotel or not.

Luckily in this economy there are many great deals to be found. One just has to look around a bit. I always find that the best deals are found online. If I am really in a bind financially I will look for hotel booking websites that feature motels because often booking a motel is much cheaper than booking a hotel. For instance when I travel to Miami I was only able to stay for a few nights so I booked a motel at Miami Motels.  The site is specific to Miami, Florida and deals almost exclusively with motels in Miami, Fl.

Though most of the time when I travel I check numerous sites, but I usually end up making my booking through BigCityHotels.net. They always have low prices and I like the selection of hotels they offer. Most of my traveling is to the city and I prefer to get a hotel as close to the city as possible. The last time I booked through a different site I ended up forty minutes from the actual place I wanted to visit. This is where I try and balance price and convenience. And usually the two go hand and hand.
